New doll sooner than expected

Remember the Bluefairy Jerome I bought? The seller decided she wanted to trade with me, so he'll be shipped off to me today.
I'll ship one of the bodies I have for sale to her.
And I promised to announce Jerome's name. He'll be called Emil. Pronounced in Danish, because he's a Dane. (Like me) I need to look for a last name, but I'm sick right now and don't feel like looking, so that'll have to wait.

One of the dolls I lust after at this moment is a Soulkid Bonnie, but I won't buy one in the event. I had considered it, but I don't need any of the outfits, so I see no reason to buy her so soon. But I've already begun buying her clothes. And decided on her name. She'll be called Astrid, and be the best friend of Emma (whom I still haven't found a sculpt for yet).
If I'm not careful, I'll end up with a whole bunch of MSDs, won't I?

  1. Welcome to the 1/4-size world yay! Congrats on the new doll! Regarding Bonnie, you can always buy her now, get the clothes and sell them... that will make the doll 'cheaper' because you will be getting part of the money back with selling the outfits.

    1. Thank you. :) I never knew how much I missed minis, before I bought this guy.
Don't tempt me. ;w; I really want her. But she'll be there after the event, right?

  2. Oh, that's really neat! It's always a pleasure when a doll comes home much earlier than expected! (Also, Emil is such a cute name.)

Yeah, I hope he'll be home before I go visit you again, but I strongly believe he will. :)

  4. I like the name Emil. Though I always remember that old Swedish show Emil fra Lønneberg and the way the father shouted EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEMIL!!!

    1. Haha, Maria said the same. :P I think the connection will fade away with time though, for people who know my dolls a little. At least that's what happens with the dolls I get to know, if I connect their name with something else at first. XD
      But thank you! :D
