Strong (Iplehouse SID Marien) + a bit extra

I'm still exhausted from the weekend. I don't know why, but I'm a lot more tired, than I use to be, when I go to Aarhus to visit Maria. Oh well.

I just wanted to share the pictures I got of Isabelle.

I'm probably boring, but I love female characters, who are struggling and have had a tough life, are sensitive and fragile, but they, somehow, find the strength to power through it and they never give up.
That kind of strength, I admire it so much. And that's what I have used as base for Isabelle's character.

In other news I found a face-up aritst, in Denmark of all place, who can do tattoo work!
I got a slot for Trisha later this month. She's gonna have a tribal design, just as I wanted her to have.

And to end off this post with cute, the twins now have each their bodies! Irene has a Volks YoSD girl body and Cody has the boy version.

  1. Isabelle is gorgeous as always!!
Is Cody lacking pants? XD He looks so cute! Congrats on getting them both bodies :D

    1. Thank you :3 <3
And yes, he is XD I don't have any that aren't in use right now. Haha. Thanks!

  2. Isabelle is gorgeous!!
Congrats on getting the tattoo slot, and also the twins look adorable!

    1. Thank you so much! :D
I'm excited about the tattoo slot! I've been wanting this design for a while now.

  3. I could not agree more, Isabelle is really gorgeous - so photogenic. And amazing that you found a tattoo slot! Congrats!

  4. Hi Nikki,
Your Isabelle is a beautiful sculpt, Iplehouse do great realistic dolls. I do like the character background you have given her, I like strong women. :)

I'll be interested to see the tattooing when it's done.

Love the twins and although I am not so into boys, I think your Cody's really cute and love his hair. :)

    1. Hi dear! :)
Thank you for your kind words! I would lie, if I told I didn't love Iplehouse. They're my favorite company, after all. :3
Thank you! I'm glad you call Isabelle "strong", because I worry some might write her off as "weak" since she's soft-spoken and gentle. But I believe you need to look deeper, to see actual strength. :)

I'll definitely post pictures, when the tattoos are done and Trish is assembled again :P

      Thank you! :D
