Background Story for Donna

I have thought of doing a series of talking about the past of (some of) my dolls.
It might or might not continue, I'm not completely sure, what my gut feeling about it is. I'll see in time, right? :3

So I'm gonna start with Donna.

Donna was born with and grew up with Damian. While Damian was shy and quiet, Donna was loud and out-going. She made friends easily and had better success in school as well.

Ever since the twins were kids, their family had spent the summer with the rebellion group.
Donna met Hunter, and even though Hunter was a bit reluctant in regards to letting Donna in, she soon got through his layers and got to the boy beneath the anger.
Donna became a huge support to Hunter, and they grew very close. And she naturally figured out Hunter's feelings for Tahir, before they had started dating.

When the rumors about a mysterious alf killing off guardians went wild, and it was revealed it was a 17 years old girl by the name Nina, Donna was taken by storm. This cool and handsome young woman just had to be her friend! And it worked! Nina was relieved to find friends that were at her age.
Donna and Nina fell in love, eventually and they started dating.

Hunter got an idea. How about if Nina would train them, and they could hunt guardians in secret?!
Nina thought it was an interesting idea, and they friends spend the summer fooling around and "training".
And one day they all went on a "mission". But they got caught by a group of guardians, and Nina was killed.
The rest of the friends were rescued by the grown-up alfs.
Donna felt a deep dark hole inside her. She had love and support from everyone around her, but she couldn't cry, she couldn't process her feelings, so she compensated by being happy all the time.
After a while, people started to accept that she was probably past her grief, but Donna kept feeling a dark emptiness inside herself, and it lasted for years.

It was decided that Donna was to work in her parents' practice, while Damian went to the rebellion.
Donna's family had provided the rebellion with medicines and whatever they could need for the hurt and sick people, and Donna began taking part in that as well.

Donna kept working in her parents' practice and still kept seeing Hunter and the rest of her friends as regularly as her work permitted her to.

And that's roughly Donna's past up until the plot :)

    1. Thank you :) I'm glad you thought it was interesting. I find it hard to get the right amount of info written. I could have written a lot more, but I don't want to info-dump people, but at the same time I don't want to leave out too much. Haha.
